NE chain plate bucket elevator composition and structure

NE chain plate bucket elevator is used to lift various loose materials. It is a new type bucket elevator introduced at home and abroad. It is an advanced high efficiency vertical lifting equipment in China.

NE chain plate bucket elevator adopts self-flow charging and gravity unloading. The working principle: The moving parts wind around on the upper driving sprocket wheel and the lower reversing sprocket wheel. Under the action of the driving device, the driving sprocket wheel drives the traction component and the hopper to perform rotary circular movement. Materials are fed into each hopper by the lower feeding port.

NE chain plate bucket elevator consists of traction parts, driving device, upper device, middle housing and bottom device.

1. Traction parts: It is composed of hopper and special plate chain. Single row chain is used for the model under NE30, and double row chain is used for NE50-NE800.

2. Driving device: Adopts multiple driver combination to drive, (according to the actual needs of users). Maintenance racks and railings are installed on the driving platform. Drive device has 2 types: left and right mounted.

3. Upper device: Equipped with track (double chain), backstop, discharge port with anti-return rubber plate.

4. Middle housing: Part of the middle section is equipped with rails (double chains) to prevent the chain from swinging during operation.

5. Bottom device: Automatic tensioning device is installed.
