FU type: roller chain

XGZ type: double rail round chain

Scraper conveyor is full sealed conveying equipment, widely used for transporting powder and small granular material. Such as: Cement powder, Coal, Chemical fertilizer, Grain and Calcium carbonate etc. It can be used to transported bulk material horizontally and sloping transported material.

Advantages:

1. Large throughput. Be up to 1000m3/h.

2. Low energy consumption. With the aid of frictions between the materials ,the friction force can push the materials forward ,so the power can be saved 40% to 50% than screw conveyor.

3. Good tightness and safety. Reducing the materials to overflow.

4. Long service life. The chain had been specially treated by heat treatment. The quenching process makes the service life of the chain be more than five years.

5. Reasonable arrangement process. Material can be feed and discharged from many holes.
