How to Adjust belt running deviation

 If the rubber belt of belt conveyor run deviation, need to adjust the bearing block of drum and roller support frame.

1, Adjusting the bearing block of drum

2, If the rubber belt run deviation to right side at the head drum, should adjust right side bearing block to forward ( Direction of belt), or left side bearing block to backward.

3, Adjust the roller support frame.

The principle is same to adjustment of bearing block. If the rubber belt run deviation to right side, should adjust the right side roller support frame to forward (Direction of belt run), left roller support frame to backward.

4, Install self - aligning roller set

Installing several groups self - aligning rollers, this will avoid the rubber belt run deviation effectively.

   Install the vertical roller on the conveyor, it also avoid the rubber belt run deviation effectively.
