TDG series efficient bucket elevator

Working principle

The hopper scoops material from the storage bin, then the conveyor belt lifting material to the top of bucket elevator. Bypass the crown wheel and flip down material, finally the bucket elevator pours the material into the receiving chute.

Usually TDG series bucket elevator adopts rubber belt as trailing unit, which are steel cord rubber belt.

2 kinds of bucket:

Sh type is deeply bucket. Generally suitable for dry, loose and good mobility materials, easy to pour out. Such as, cement powder, coal briquette, grain, plastic granules.

Zh type is a shallow bucket, generally suitable for poor liquidity, easy to agglomerate, and slightly wet materials, difficult to pour out. Such as sand, crushed coal, fertilizer, chemical raw materials and other materials.

However, the principle of operation is similar in all bucket elevators, but, there can be significant differences in belt speeds, the type of cups used, belting types and the rating of the drives and bearings being used.
