Structure of DJ sidewall belt conveyor

DJ sidewall belt conveyor transport bulk materials at large angles or even vertically. It has features of large inclination angle, large capacity, small space and easy to maintenance.

It consist of below parts:

1. Corrugated side conveyor belt. Sidewall belt and baffle formed a ‘gate’, so that it can transport more materials at large inclined angle.

2. Drive unit. Chain famous brand for standard. Also ABB, SEW, Flender etc.

3. Driven pulley.

4. Bend pulley.

5. Pinch roller. It used to change the running direction of conveyor belt.

6. Idler. Upper parallel idler and lower flat idler.

7. Supporting roller.

8. Vertical roll.

9. Flap wheel cleaning device.

10. Tension device.

11. Bracket, hopper, cover, feed channel, frame, support legs etc.
