Screw conveyor solves Belarus customer problems

Client Background

Yingda Heavy Industry selled screw conveyors last week to a mining company in Belarus. The company production line's screw conveyors have been in use for too long. It has shown signs of aging, severely affecting production efficiency and output. Therefore, they purchased screw conveyors from Yingda to update their production line.

Challenges

To more accurately meet the production line requirements, the mining company provided a parameter diagram of the screw conveyor used in the original production line. Yingda engineers raised relevant questions based on the parameter diagram.

1. The capacity of the parameters marked in the file is small. The conveyor cannot meet the expected output of the production line.

2. Galvanized material is prone to damage and cannot be used for a long time. The screw conveyor cannot ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

Solution

To increase the original output., Yingda engineers recommended a new conveyor model to the company. Changing the material to stainless steel to extend the machine's lifespan.

Result

The screw conveyor has already been manufactured. It is expected to be shipped to Belarus in early Aug for official use.Engineers from Yingda will also go to Belarus to begin preparations for cooperation on the construction of new production lines.
