Rigid impeller feeder is commonly known as unloader, also known as ash discharge valve.It is mainly used for dust cleaning, packaging and professional conveying and batching systems in power plants, cement plants, chemical plants and other industries.It is usually used for conveying dry powdery materials to lock up gas or quantitative feeding, can also be used for dust collector and air preheater under the ash hopper.It has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance and convenient operation and maintenance. It is an ideal accessory for conveying, discharging and batching systems.

Our company has researched and produced three kinds of rigid impeller feeder, which are ordinary type, pressure resistant type and high temperature resistant type.

Pressure type: it adopts closed rotor, can be widely used in pumping type, delivery type air conveying system and negative pressure conveying equipment, it can guarantee the airflow conveying pipe pressure does not leak, can safely delivery and finish material, so in this respect is called lock down, it can not only withstand voltage, at the same time with normal function.

High temperature resistant type: according to the material conveying and the temperature rise of the feeding port, because the temperature quality has an impact on the expansion of the body, as well as adverse to the bearing and oil seal system.

Common type: can be used in the below 80 degrees and normal temperature of the usual material, it can be continuous and uniform to the feed pipe, and in the system and separation of dust collection department, it can be used as a discharge device function.
