On 10th June, one set of mobile belt conveyor test running successfully in our 3rd factory.  The difference between old type YingDa mobile conveyor is electric movable tyre type. This new type using an electric motor to move the whole belt conveyor, it will help a lot to move larty type mobile belt conveyor, it realizes equipment  automation fully, only one worker can move it.

Mobile belt conveyor is a continuous conveying and unloading equipment with high working efficiency and maneuverability. It is mainly used in places where loading and unloading sites are frequently changed, such as ports, docks, stations, coal yards, warehouses, construction sites, sand and gravel yards, farms, etc. Mobile belt conveyor also used for short-distance transportation and loading and unloading of bulk materials or a single piece weight of less than 100 kg piece of item.

Mobile belt conveyors are one of the best material handling solutions for stacking any kind of bulk material when various materials has to be handled in various locations. It has below advantages:

1. Movable by electric control box, saving human cost.

2. Height adjustable. Steel cord wire rope lifting/ Hydraulic lifting/ Physical lifiting by screw bolt.

3. Single wing or double wing lifting.

4. Equipped with Hydraulic cylinder and power pack for variable height adjustments up to 3 meters (10 feet) for Belt Conveyors and up to 6 meters (20 feet) for Stackers.
